2. How do I use the glucometer?

Simply insert a test strip, prick your finger with the lancing device, apply a small drop of blood to the strip, and your reading will appear on the screen within seconds.

3. Where can I buy replacement test strips?

Replacement test strips are available directly on our website. Make sure to purchase strips that are compatible with your Viva Chek Eco Plus device.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. You can select COD as your payment method at checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.
